It takes a temperature in a little as 2-3 seconds, and is accurate to +/-1 degrees up to 932° F and can switch C/F, with an easy-to-read backlit LCD screen. A built-in laser gives you the precision to hone in on the exact surface you want to measure, whether it is a pizza stone, grill, or griddle. It will also identify any hot spots on the cooking surface. This thermometer features a foldaway probe design for storage and safety, with an IPX3 water resistance rating, and the Hold button lets you see the temp easier. The calibration function adjusts the instant-read thermometer probe sensor back to the correct accuracy.
