The Velvet Glove crew will not install or set up the merchandise for you. The trucking team does not unpack or remove debris from this item to ensure no parts required for assembly are lost in unpacking. If there is any damage to the item, it should be refused at delivery. All damages must be reported to Customer Service within 5 days of delivery. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of Velvet Glove Service items unless otherwise specified. A daytime telephone number must be provided for orders that require Velvet Glove Service. Delivery appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00 PM.
