Merchandise will not be delivered to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. boxes. Merchandise rewards can be shipped only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. On a case by case basis, orders may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii for an additional mileage freight fee. Average delivery timeframe for merchandise is 7 days from order receipt, with the exception of items requiring Velvet Glove Service.
Return policy:
Purchases are not refundable. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for direct replacement. In case of physically damaged products shipped via UPS,FedEx, or other courier services, you may refuse delivery. Any damage found after opening your packages and examining the merchandise should be reported to the relevant courier service and merchant within 48 hours after delivery in order to start the replacement or repair process.
