Merchandise will not be delivered to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. boxes. Merchandise rewards can be shipped only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. On a case by case basis, orders may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii for an additional mileage freight fee.
