Delivery policy:

Merchandise will not be delivered to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. boxes. Merchandise rewards can be shipped only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. On a case by case basis, orders may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii for an additional mileage freight fee. Average shipping timeframe for merchandise is 10-15 business days from order receipt, with the exception of items requiring Velvet Glove Service, which may take up to 4-6 weeks.

Return policy:

Product awards may not be returned or exchanged unless proven to be damaged or defective. All damaged or defective items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
