Delivery policy:
Merchandise will not be delivered to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. boxes. Merchandise rewards can be shipped only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. On a case by case basis, orders may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii for an additional mileage freight fee. Average shipping timeframe for merchandise is 10-15 business days from order receipt, with the exception of items requiring Velvet Glove Service, which may take up to 4-6 weeks.
Return policy:
Product awards may not be returned or exchanged unless proven to be damaged or defective. All damaged or defective items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. No exchanges or returns are accepted after 30 days. If product rewards are visibly damaged, please refuse the product. Damages to items requiring Velvet Glove delivery must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
